Notice to Customers

Like all of you, the team at Octagon Motor Group has spent the past weeks learning about COVID-19, and thinking about how to keep our employees, our customers, and their families at home safe during this difficult time

 

We are closely following the advice of public health officials, and implementing the steps they suggest to prevent the spread of the virus.We are regularly reminding ourselves about the importance of frequent hand washing, and we are disinfecting “touch points” in the shop and showroom area throughout the day.Our employees understand that they must not come to Octagon if they begin to feel unwell, and we are asking the same of our customers.

 

In addition, we are happy to accommodate customers who would prefer to drop and collect their cars outside, with payments taken over the phone.

 

With these precautions in place, we remain open to serve our customers.  To reflect the slowing economic times, we are reducing our labour rate to $95 per hour, from our usual $125.  This change is effective immediately, for any cars that come into the shop before April 31, 2020.

 

We would also like to remind our customers that while collector cars are our mainstay, we are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment for virtually all modern cars, and are happy and able to work on your daily driver as well as your classic.
